At this exhibition you can find artifacts, raw materials of vegetal origin and natural objects that are preserved in the collections of the Botanical Museum of the Polytechnic Institute of Beja. Among the objects selected are artifacts of Portuguese origin, such as embroidery made with nuts, fig tree and wheat straw, and also exotic, such as sea cucumbers (the largest seeds of the Vegetable Kingdom), ivory tea, Omani incense, Abyssinia myrrh, Congo tapestries, paradise pears, Ceylon cinnamon and many other rare wonders.
